Research and Practice of Hainan Marine Supervision Account System

以WebGIS和电子地图为基础,结合海岸线等专题数据,根据海洋督察方案要求,规范和模式化清单化调度报送、销号等工作流程及相关认定标准,形成一套标准的海南省海洋督察整改工作流程及业务体系,推动建立督察整改长效机制。

Based on WebGIS and electronic map,combined with coastline and other thematic data,and according to the requirements of marine supervision scheme,this paper standardizes and models the workflow and relevant identification standards of listing dispatching submission and cancellation,forms a set of standard work process and business system of marine supervision and rectification in Hainan province,and promotes the establishment of a long-term mechanism of supervision and rectification.
