基于GIS的土地储备综合管理平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Land Reserve Integrated Management Platform Based on GIS

随着城市化的快速推进,土地资源已成为城市资源的重要组成部分之一。但是,由于土地储备管理精细化和信息化程度较低,造成土地规划、征收、出让等各环节效率低,严重影响土地供应的需求。本文借助GIS、云计算等先进技术,探讨了土地储备全周期管理流程,构建了土地储备数据库,搭建了土地储备综合管理平台,实现了土地储备“一张图”展示、各类项目管理、资金管理以及档案管理等功能,有效地提高了土地储备管理水平。

With the rapid development of urbanization,land resources have become an important part of urban resources.However,due to the fine management of land reserve and the low degree of informatization,the efficiency of land planning,expropriation,transfer,and other links is low,which seriously affects the demand for land supply.Based on advanced technologies such as GIS,cloud computing,this paper discusses the land reserve whole cycle management process,builds a database of land reserve,develops the integrated land reserve management platform,and has realized the land reserve"one map"display,all kinds of project management,financial management and asset management functions.The land reserve management level is improved effectively.
