摘要
在农业生产中,为提高产量而进行的高密度种植常引起避荫反应(shade avoidance)。避荫反应是植物为了更好的获得阳光而进化出的机制,在植物适应外界环境变化中发挥着重要的调控作用。目前虽有表观遗传因子调节避荫反应的报道,但对相关机制仍知之甚少。本文报道了水稻染色质重塑因子INO80家族成员OsINO80在避荫反应中的正向调控作用。OsINO80敲减植株表现出对避荫条件不敏感的表型,转录组数据分析发现OsINO80不仅促进了一些暗形态建成基因的表达,也抑制了很多光形态相关基因的转录水平,这些基因主要涉及到参与避荫反应的多种植物激素的生物合成过程。综上所述,本研究初步揭示了OsINO80可能通过调节植物激素的代谢水平调控水稻避荫反应。
In the agricultural production of rice,the high density planting to increase the yield often causes shade avoidance.Shade-avoidance is a mechanism evolved by plants for better access to sunlight,which plays an important regulatory role in plant adaptation to the external environment.At present,the mechanism of epigenetic factors regulating shade avoidance is still poorly understood.In this study,we found that OsINO80,a member of the INO80 family of chromatin remodeling factors in rice,plays a positive regulatory role in shade removal response.The mutant plants with reduced expression of OsINO80 showed an insensitive phenotype to shade protection.By constructing and analyzing transcriptome data,it was further found that OsINO80 not only promoted the expression of some dark morphogenic genes,but also inhibited the transcriptional levels of many light-morphogenic genes.These genes are mainly involved in the anabolism of a variety of plant hormones involved in shade avoidance.In conclusion,this study preliminaries the mechanism by which OsINO80 positively regulates shade avoidance response by regulating the anabolism level of phytohormone.
