摘要
对含植物纤维、直聚丙烯纤维和曲聚丙烯纤维的再生混凝土进行了单轴抗压强度试验,分析了植物纤维和聚丙烯纤维对再生混凝土单轴抗压强度的影响。研究表明:随着养护时间的延长,再生混凝土的单轴抗压强度增大;随着养护时间的延长,加入植物纤维的再生混凝土中植物纤维的结构逐渐被破坏,导致强度大大降低,直聚丙烯纤维周围的混凝土胶结良好,且无裂缝,曲聚丙烯纤维周围的混凝土胶结良好,但裂缝较多,极大地破坏了再生混凝土的内部结构,削弱了再生混凝土的力学性能。
Uniaxial compressive strength tests were carried out on recycled concrete containing plant fibers,straight polypropylene fibers and curved polypropylene fibers,and the effects of plant fibers and polypropylene fibers on the uniaxial compressive strength of recycled concrete were analyzed.The research shows that with the increase of curing time,the uniaxial compressive strength of recycled concrete increases;with the increase of curing time,the structure of plant fibers in the recycled concrete added with plant fibers is gradually destroyed,resulting in a greatly reduced strength,while the concrete around straight polypropylene fibers is well cemented and has no cracks,and the concrete around curved polypropylene fibers is well cemented,but there are many cracks,which greatly damaged the internal structure of recycled concrete and weakened the mechanical properties of recycled concrete.
