敦煌舞身体重心的训练性与风格性探究

敦煌舞异向多曲的“三道弯”“S”型的身体韵律、全身贯通的气息运用等,体现出“曲中求直、静中有动、分中见合”的动作特征,承载了敦煌舞蹈文化的审美意愿。敦煌舞身体各部位之间的异向移动产生一种对称、平衡的状态,这种如“榫卯结构”一般在恰到好处的对称中寻求稳定的特殊重心,是维持身体平衡、稳定的关键,是影响舞姿形态以及动势连接的因素,也是形成敦煌舞独特风格的深层要素。文章从敦煌舞身体文化出发,解读敦煌舞身体重心特点,探究敦煌舞重心的训练性及审美风格性。掌握敦煌舞身体重心的特点,不仅能强化身体的平衡力与舞蹈的风格性,同时也是对敦煌舞教学体系的进一步完善与发展。

Dunhuang dance is a unique dance style with distinctive features.The body rhythm with three-curve and S-shape postures,and the use of breath constitute its movement characteristics of achieving the harmony between extending and bending,dynamic and static,splitting and integrating,presenting the aesthetic pursuit of Dunhuang dance culture.The parts of body moving towards different directions create a symmetrical and balanced state,which seems like the“tenon-and-mortise structure”seeking a stable center of gravity in the appropriate symmetry.It is the key to maintaining the balance and stability of body,affects the dance form and dynamic connection,and it is also the deep gene of the unique style of Dunhuang dance.Starting from the body culture of Dunhuang dance,this paper analyzes the center of body gravity of Dunhuang dance,and explores its training and aesthetic style of center of gravity.Grasping the characteristics of the center of body gravity not only strengthens the body balance and the dance style,but also further improves the teaching system of Dunhuang dance.The paper interprets the center of body gravity in Dunhuang dance by borrowing the concept from traditional architectural structure,aiming to inherit traditional Chinese culture and promote Chinese philosophy and wisdom.
