高校舞蹈专业教师教学观与教学行为的关系初探 被引量:2

A Preliminary Study on the Relationship between Teaching Concept and Teaching Behavior of Dance Teachers in Colleges and Universities

摘要 高校舞蹈教师是教学改革的具体实施者。通过访谈法与观察法了解到他们的教学观与教学行为之间的一致性与差异性。被访教师拥有人格教育型、发展思维型和传授技能型三类教学观,但在实际教学行为中几乎均受传授技能型教学观影响。高校舞蹈教师教学观与教学行为的不一致主要体现在目标落实和活动实施两个维度,其中学生素质、评价制度以及任教学校的人才培养定位是影响教师教学观与教学行为关系的外部因素,教师的学习背景与持续学习动力是内部因素。文章建议,高校依据不同院校的定位及特色,改革舞蹈专业教学评价体系,为教师提供跨学科学习的平台、建立自我发展的机制,从而促进高校舞蹈教师专业发展,优化教学。 Dance teachers in colleges and universities are the actual implementers of teaching reforms.Through interviews and observations,we can know the consistency and difference between their teaching concepts and teaching behaviors.The interviewees have three kinds of teaching concepts:cultivating personality,developing thinking and imparting skills,but almost all of them are influenced by imparting skills in actual teaching behaviors.The inconsistency between teaching concepts and teaching behaviors is mainly reflected in two dimensions of target implementation and activity implementation.Among them,students’competence,evaluation system and talent cultivation orientation are the external factors affecting the relationship between teaching concepts and teaching behaviors,while teachers’learning background and motivation for continuous learning are internal factors.The paper suggests that colleges and universities should reform the teaching evaluation system of dance major according to the orientation and characteristics of different colleges and universities,provide teachers with an interdisciplinary learning platform and establish a self-development mechanism,so as to promote the professional development of dance teachers and improve teaching in colleges and universities and improve the teaching.
