摘要
目的:探讨三维超声断层成像(TUI)检查对膀胱肿瘤患者T分期诊断符合率的影响。方法:选取2018年8月—2020年8月安阳市第五人民医院收治的87例膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均行二维超声、TUI检查。以病理结果为“金标准”,比较二维超声、TUI检查诊断膀胱肿瘤T分期符合率。结果:87例患者中存在多发性膀胱肿瘤14例(肿瘤数≥3个),术后复发8例,因输尿管管口被肿瘤侵犯导致的肾积水2例,共127个瘤体,分布最多区域为膀胱三角区,共63个,占比49.61%,其次为左侧壁,共43个,占比33.86%,之后为右侧壁,共13个,占比10.24%。剩余瘤体分布于膀胱前壁与三角后区,共8个,占比6.30%。TUI检查T分期诊断符合率为94.25%(73/87),较二维超声的83.91%(82/87)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.786,P<0.05)。结论:TUI检查膀胱肿瘤符合率较高,临床应用价值突出,可为临床诊断、治疗提供科学依据与信息支撑,值得临床应用推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of three-dimensional tomography(TUI)examination on the diagnostic coinci⁃dence rate of T staging in patients with bladder tumor.Methods:A total of 87 patients with bladder tumors admitted to the hospi⁃tal from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and all underwent two-dimensional ultrasound and TUI examinations.TPathological results were regarded as the“gold standard”,and the coincidence rate of T staging of bladder tu⁃mors was compared by two-dimensional ultrasonography and TUI.Results:Among the 87 patients,14 had multiple bladder tumors(number of tumors≥3),8 had recurrence after surgery,and 2 had hydronephrosis due to the invasion of the ureteral orifice by the tumor.There were a total of 127 tumors,and the most distributed area was the bladder trigone,with 63 tumors,accounting for 49.61%,followed by the left side wall,with 43 tumors,accounting for 33.86%,followed by the right side wall,with a total of 13 tu⁃mors,accounting for 10.24%.The remaining tumors were distributed in the anterior wall of the bladder and the posterior triangular area,with a total of 8,accounting for 6.30%.TUI examination T staging diagnostic coincidence rate was 94.25%(73/87),which was higher than 83.91%(82/87)of two-dimensional ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.786,P<0.05).Conclusion:TUI examination of bladder tumors has a high coincidence rate and outstanding clinical application value.It can provide scientific basis and information support for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
