从百日咳发病年龄统计探究易感年龄的分布区间和影响因素

Exploration of the Distribution Interval and Influencing Factors of Susceptible Age from the Statistics of Pertussis Onset Age

目的:探讨儿童百日咳的易感年龄和影响因素。方法:分析福建省泉州市丰泽区2018—2020年报告的百日咳感染人群的年龄分布,确定年龄的分布区间,通过比较各期的患病数在总发病人群的占比来确定易感的年龄并探究易感人群背后的影响因素。结果:3个月以下的儿童是患病的高发人群,占比一般都能达到一半甚至更多,其次就是还未加强接种者,其较小月龄儿童稍少,但也在三分之一左右,而大龄儿童则是极少数。结论:未达18个月的儿童加强接种前,都是易感人群,大龄儿童的免疫力衰减,属于是极少数。

Objective:To investigate the susceptibility age and influencing factors of pertussis in children.Methods:The age distribution of pertussis-infected populations reported in Fengze District,Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from 2018 to 2020 was analyzed,and the age distribution interval was determined.The age of susceptibility was determined by comparing the proportion of the number of patients in each period in the total incidence population and the influencing factors behind the susceptible popula⁃tion were explored.Results:Children under the age of 3 months were the high-risk group of the disease,which generally accounted for half or more.Followed by those who have not yet been vaccinated,the younger children were slightly less,accounting for about one-third.Older children were very few.Conclusion:Before the booster vaccination,children under 18 months are all susceptible groups,and the immunity of older children is weakened,which is only a very small number.
