摘要
2019年全球估计有结核病患者1000万,结核病仍然是单一感染性病原体导致的最常见死因。巨噬细胞作为抗结核分枝杆菌(MTB)的第一道免疫防线,它既可通过多种机制清除MTB,也可为MTB的生长提供有利场所。在MTB感染巨噬细胞时,线粒体结构与功能发生改变,进一步影响巨噬细胞存活及MTB生长。本文就MTB感染巨噬细胞时线粒体结构与功能改变研究进展进行阐述。
There are estimated to be 10.0 million tuberculosis patients globally in 2019.Tuberculosis remaines the most common cause of death from a single pathogen.As the first-line responders against mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB),macrophages can not only eliminate MTB by multi-mechanism,but also provide a place for favorable growth of MTB.MTB-infected macrophages initiate structure and function changes of mitochondria to further affect its survival and MTB growth.This article reviews the advances in the changes of mitochondrial structure and function by MTB-infected macrophages.
