摘要
某乙烯装置乙烯制冷压缩机组原控制系统存在问题较多,为提高机组运行安全性和稳定性,新增设冗余CCC机组控制系统,精确计算乙烯制冷压缩机喘振曲线和机组性能,对压缩机性能控制、抽汽控制、石墙控制及各段防喘振控制等控制策略进行了优化,并根据压缩机操作要求配置了各控制器之间的解耦功能。通过对压缩机控制系统的升级改造,降低了能耗,延长了压缩机的寿命,提升了自动化操作水平。
There are many problems in the original control system of ethylene refrigeration compressor unit in one ethylene plant.To improve the operation safety and stability of the unit,a redundant CCC unit control system is added,the surge curve and unit performance of ethylene refrigeration compressor are accurately calculated,and the control strategies such as compressor performance control,steam extraction control,stone wall control and anti-surge control of each section are optimized,The decoupling function between each controller is configured according to the operation requirements of the compressor.Through the upgrading of the compressor control system,the energy consumption is reduced,the service life of the compressor is prolonged,and the automatic operation level is improved.
