摘要
从大数据角度出发研究工艺过程数据和设备状态数据在石化企业工厂管理中的应用。开发了仪控设备状态监控平台,介绍了该平台的数据采集方法,针对海量数据进行归类定制统计以及分析,及时发现工艺变更衍生问题,设备隐性故障以降低设备故障风险。应用表明:该平台提供的信息化管理优势,可提升企业的管理水平,使工艺过程预警、报警值总量与使用前相比减少90%以上,仪表设备维修完好率大幅提高。
From the perspective of big data,the application of process data and equipment status data in plant management of petrochemical enterprises is studied.The condition monitoring platform of instrument and control equipment is developed,and the data acquisition method is introduced.Aiming at massive data of the platform,classification,customized statistics and analysis is carried out.The derivative problems of process changes,equipment hidden faults are timely found,and the risk of equipment faults is reduced.The application shows that the information management advantages provided by the platform can improve the management level of enterprises,reduce the total amount of process early warning and alarm values by more than 90%compared with that before use,and greatly improve the maintenance integrity rate of instruments and equipment.
