摘要
大多数石化企业生产过程中,蒸汽伴热为典型的仪表伴热措施,比较了蒸汽伴热与电伴热、热水伴热、自伴热等伴热方式的优缺点。针对仪表蒸汽伴热,重点介绍了轻介质和重油介质仪表引压管伴热保温的方法区别,仪表保温箱伴热管线的优化配置,仪表引压管线的防腐保温等问题。介绍了节能伴热管缆、电子远程差压变送器、蒸汽伴热温度智能监控等新技术的应用。并针对伴热工程设计、施工,提出了建议。
In the production process of most petrochemical enterprises, steam heat tracing is the typical instrument heat tracing measure. The advantages and disadvantages of steam tracing, electric tracing, hot water tracing and self-tracing are compared. In view of instrument steam tracing, the differences of tracing and insulation methods of instrument impulse pipe between light medium and heavy oil medium, the optimal configuration of tracing pipeline of instrument incubator, and the anti-corrosion and insulation of instrument impulse pipeline are introduced emphatically. The application of new technologies such as energy-saving heat tracing pipe and cable, electronic remote differential pressure transmitter and intelligent monitoring of steam heat tracing temperature are introduced. Suggestions are also put forward for the design and construction of heat tracing engineering.
