摘要
目的探讨百日咳患儿血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及体液免疫指标水平的变化情况。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月期间杭州市儿童医院收治的百日咳患儿100例以及同期进行健康体检儿童100例进行分析。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α水平,采用快速免疫投射比浊法检测体液免疫指标,比较两组受试者血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α水平及体液免疫指标的差异。采用二元Logistic多因素回归分析受试者发生百日咳的临床影响因素。结果观察组患儿血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3及补体C4水平均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。二元多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α、IgM、补体C3及补体C4是受试者发生百日咳的独立影响因素。结论相比于健康受试者,观察组患儿的血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著升高,血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3及补体C4水平均显著降低,且血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α、IgM、补体C3及补体C4是受试者发生百日咳的独立影响因素。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum interleukin 17(IL-17),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and humoral immune indexes in children with pertussis.Methods A total of 100 children with whooping cough who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 and 100 children who underwent health checkups during the same period were analyzed.Serum IL-17,IL-6,and TNF-αwere measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and humoral immune indicators were measured by rapid immunoprojection turbidimetry.The serum IL-17 and IL-of two groups of subjects were compared.6.Differences in TNF-αand humoral immune indicators.Binary Logistic multivariate regression was used to analyze the clinical influencing factors of pertussis in subjects.Results The serum levels of IL-17,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3 and complement C4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of binary multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that serum IL-17,IL-6,TNF-α,IgM,complement C3,and complement C4 were independent influencing factors of pertussis in subjects.Conclusion Compared with healthy subjects,the serum levels of IL-17,IL-6 and TNF-αin children in the observation group were significantly increased,and the levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3 and complement C4 were significantly reduced.In addition,serum IL-17,IL-6,TNF-α,IgM,complement C3 and complement C4 are independent influencing factors of pertussis in subjects.
