饮食护理干预在老年消化性溃疡患者中的应用价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究饮食护理干预在老年消化性溃疡患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年5月—2020年7月信阳市中心医院收治的78例老年消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据不同入院治疗时间分为参照组(2018年5月—2019年5月39例)与研究组(2019年6月—2020年7月39例),分别实施常规饮食护理和个性化饮食护理干预,比较两组患者临床症状消失时间、护理满意率和护理前后生活质量评分。结果:研究组上腹疼痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐及反酸症状消失时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.94、3.08、4.33、7.89,P<0.05);研究组护理满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.19,P<0.05)。护理后,研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活状态评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.19、7.11、5.22、4.53,P<0.05)。结论:采用饮食护理干预可有效改善老年消化性溃疡症状,还能提高患者的生活质量和护理满意率。 Objective:To study the application value of diet nursing intervention in elderly patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:78 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer in the hospital from May 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different admission and treatment time,they were divided into the control group(from May 2018 to May 2019,39 cases)and the study group(from June 2019 to July 2020,39 cases).Routine dietary care and individualized dietary care interventions were implemented respectively.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of epigastric pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting and acid reflux symptoms in the study group was shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.94,3.08,4.33,7.89,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.19,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.19,7.11,5.22,4.53,P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of peptic ulcer in the elderly,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of patients.
