摘要
饮食文化与旅游已成为主流趋势,成为旅游市场中的重要一部分。因此,对饮食文化资源的开发具有经济和社会双重意义,既能拉动当地旅游业的深层次发展,也能使我国的饮食文化重新焕发生机,进而推动我国传统文化的保护和传承。河南省是华夏文明的发祥地之一,具有丰富的饮食文化资源,但开发力度不足,因此本文以河南省为例,分析了饮食文化和旅游二者之间的互动关系,并针对河南省目前的饮食文化旅游中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
Food culture tourism has become a mainstream trend and an important part of the tourism market.Therefore,the development of food culture resources has both economic and social significance.It can not only stimulate the deep development of local tourism,but also revitalize China’s food culture and promote the protection and inheritance of China’s traditional culture.Henan Province is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization.It has rich food culture resources but insufficient development.Therefore,this paper takes Henan Province as an example,analyzes the interactive relationship between food culture and tourism,and gives corresponding countermeasures for the problems existing in the current food culture tourism in Henan Province.
