摘要
预制烤鱼的开发是烤鱼行业的发展方向。本文综述了预制烤鱼工业化生产背景、研究现状及存在的问题,提出了预制万州烤鱼的发展趋势,旨在为预制烤鱼工业化生产提供一定思路。
The development of pre-cooked roasted fish is the development direction of roasted fish industry.This paper summarized the industrial production background,research status and existing problems of roast fish,and put forward the development trend of Wanzhou pre-cooked roast fish,in order to provide some ideas for the industrial production of pre-cooked roast fish.
