茶叶的降血糖活性及作用机理研究进展

Research Progress on Hypoglycemic Activity and Mechanism of Tea

糖尿病是一种危害全球的慢性疾病,茶叶具有良好的降血糖活性。本文从茶叶的降血糖功效、功能成分及作用机理3个方面进行综合阐述,结果表明六大类茶叶(绿茶、白茶、黄茶、乌龙茶、红茶和黑茶)富含茶多糖、茶多酚、茶色素等功能成分,通过影响糖代谢相关酶、影响糖代谢相关转运载体、影响胰岛细胞活性及清除自由基等作用机制,改善“三多一少”症状,降低血糖水平。

Diabetes is a chronic disease that harms the whole world,and tea has been proved to have good hypoglycemic activity from folk sayings to modern scientific research.This paper comprehensively expounds the hypoglycemic effect,functional components and mechanism of tea.The results show that six types of tea(green tea,white tea,yellow tea,oolong tea and black tea,dark tea)are rich in tea polysaccharides,tea polyphenols,tea pigments and other functional components.By affecting glucose metabolism-related enzymes,glucose metabolism-related transporters,islet cell activity and free radical scavenging,the symptoms of“three more and one less”can be improved and blood glucose level can be reduced.
