Research on Ensuring the Supply Chain Security of Grain Industry Chain under the New Development Pattern

在新的发展格局下,粮食安全依赖于产业链供应链的自主可控与安全稳定。当前粮食产业链供应链面临着运行效率低、种业技术“卡脖子”、进口来源的集中化、国际粮食市场供给不稳等风险。为构建与新发展格局相适应的粮食安全新格局,要加大粮食安全支持力度,推动粮食全链发展,在全球粮食发展格局中谋划粮食产业链供应链安全,确保粮食数量安全与质量安全。

In the new development pattern,food security depends on the self-control,security and stability of the industrial chain supply chain.At present,the grain industry chain supply chain is faced with some risks,such as low operation efficiency,“sticking neck”of seed industry technology,centralization of import sources,unstable supply of international grain market and so on.In order to build a new pattern of food security in line with the new development pattern,it is necessary to increase the support for food security,promote the development of the whole grain chain,plan the supply chain security of the grain industry chain in the global grain pattern,and ensure the quantity and quality security of grain.
