基于“区块链+物联网”的食品冷链供应链追溯体系研究

Research on Food Cold Chain Supply Chain Traceability System Based on“Blockchain+Internet of Things”

随着我国国民经济水平的日益提高,居民食品消费结构也发生了很大的变化,特别是对冷链食品新鲜度提出了越来越高的要求,食品冷链供应链的发展越来越受到重视。本文对食品冷链供应链追溯体系痛点进行分析,总结出食品冷链供应链追溯体系存在的主要问题。基于这些问题,提出了基于“区块链+物联网”技术的食品冷链供应链追溯体系,指出了体系构建的整体思路,以期为提高食品冷链质量和完善食品冷链供应链溯源管理体系建设提供一定参考。

With the increasing level of Chinese national economy,great changes have taken place in the structure of residents’food consumption,higher requirements are proposed for the freshness of cold chain food especially,more and more attention has been attracted on the development of cold chain food supply chain.This thesis analyzes the pain points of food cold chain supply chain traceability system and summarizes the main problems existing in food cold chain supply chain traceability system.In view of these problems,a food cold chain supply chain traceability system based on“Blockchain+Internet of Things”technology is proposed,which points out the integrated thoughts of system construction,in order to provide some references for promoting the quality improvement of food cold chain and refining the construction of food cold chain supply chain traceability management system.
