榆林三边地区荞麦麸粉中铝残留量的分析研究

摘要 荞麦副产品的研究可进一步提高其经济价值,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定铝残留量可有效保障食品安全。铝的浓度在0~8.0 mg·L^(-1)呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9998,该方法检出限为0.001705 mg·L^(-1),定量限为0.005 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为96.5%~102.8%,相对标准偏差≤0.84%。本文对荞麦副产品成分创新定义,检测不同麸粉组分铝含量,提出优化生产工艺,严禁将荞麦壳添加作为可食部分的建议,为合理膳食及市场监管提供了有力的技术保障。 Research on by-products of buckwheat can further improve its economic value.The establishment of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for determination of aluminum residues can effectively guarantee food safety.The method had good linear relationship in the range of aluminum 0~8.0 mg·L^(-1).The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The detection limit was 0.001705 mg·L^(-1) and the quantification limit was 0.005 mg·L^(-1),the recovery rate was 96.5%~102.8%,the relative standard deviation was≤0.84%.In this paper,innovative definition of buckwheat by-product ingredients,detected the aluminum content of different bran powder components,and proposed to optimize the production process.The recommendation that buckwheat husks be banned as an edible part.It provides a strong technical guarantee for reasonable diet and market supervision.
