摘要
目的:验证广州市增城质量技术监督检测所实验室是否有能力开展《食品中纳他霉素的测定液相色谱法》(GB/T 21915—2008)的项目。方法:本文使用自动进样器进样,液相色谱仪的紫外分光光度计进行分析,用保留时间进行定性,外标法定量,对方法检出限、线性范围、基质效应、精密度和正确度进行验证。结果:标准曲线线性良好,方法检出限、基质效应、精密度和正确度均满足标准方法要求。结论:本实验室具备开展食品中纳他霉素测定的能力。
Objective:In order to verify whether the laboratory of Guangzhou Zengcheng Institute of Quality and Technical Supervision has the ability to carry out the project of GB/T 21915—2008.Method:In this paper,automatic sampler injection,liquid chromatograph uv spectrophotometer for analysis,retention time for qualitative,quantitative external standard method,method detection limit,linear range,matrix effect,precision and accuracy were verified.Result:The standard curve was linearly correlated,and the method detection limit,matrix effect,precision and correctness all met the requirements of the standard method.Conclusion:The laboratory has the ability to carry out the determination of natamycin in food.
