摘要
基于风险的检验(Risk-Based Inspection,RBI)方法针对不同的海洋工程装备进行风险评估,能够预防事故的发生,关键绩效指标(Key Performance Indicator,KPI)法能够为检测和监测计划提供可靠依据。二者对于评估海洋工程装备的事故风险和事故严重性后果具有十分重要的意义。对RBI方法和KPI进行介绍,并简要分析总结二者在海洋工程装备中的应用。
The risk assessment for different offshore engineering equipment based on Risk-Based Inspection(RBI) method can prevent the occurrence of accidents.Reliable basis for the detection and monitoring plan can be provided by Key Performance Indicator(KPI) method.Both of them are of great significance for evaluating the accident risk and accident severity consequences of offshore engineering equipment.RBI technology and KPI are introduced,and their application in offshore engineering equipment is briefly analyzed and summarized.
