摘要
海洋石油201船的首节托管架在长期服役过程中发生变形和损坏,中国海洋石油工程总公司(COOEC)新建首节托管架。新首节托管架结构设计更简单,构造更合理,没有复杂节点,便于加工设计。对实际铺管阶段原首节托管架出现的关键轴节点变形原因进行分析,对新旧首节托管架的结构形式、整体结构强度进行对比。分析结果表明:改造后新托管架的性能得到优化,提升海洋石油201船的整体铺设能力。
As the original hitch section stinger of HYSY201 is deformed and damaged during the long-term service,China National Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation(COOEC) decides to build a new one.The structure design of the new one is simpler,more reasonable in construction,without complex nodes and convenient for machining design.The reasons for the deformation of the key axis nodes of the original hitch section in the actual pipe-laying stage are analyzed.The structural form and overall structural strength of the new and original hitch section stingers are compared.The analysis results show that the performance of the new stinger is optimized,and the overall laying capacity of HYSY201 is improved.
