摘要 以固定式导管架中心平台组块结构单重的统计数据出发,通过数值分析方法,给出2种组块结构中影响结构单重的因素,从杆件截面与承载能力对应关系、杆件应力水平和结构整体方案等3个方面对组块结构轻量化进行分析和论证,提出海洋平台组块结构重量优化的几种途径,推荐焊接H型钢截面及焊接结构钢管的尺寸选择范围供海洋平台设计者参考。 Based on the statistical data of the unit weight of fixed jacket center platform,the factors affecting the unit weight of the two block structures are given by numerical analysis method.The lightweight of block structure is analyzed and demonstrated from three aspects:the corresponding relationship between member section and bearing capacity,member stress level and overall structure scheme.Several methods to optimize the weight of offshore platform block structure are proposed.The size ranges of welded H-shaped steel section and welded structural steel pipe are recommended for platform designer.
