绿色金融支持乡村振兴促进共同富裕的实证研究

Empirical Research on Green Finance Support For Rural Revitalization And Promoting Common Prosperity

本文利用1985-2021年的年度数据,通过平稳性检验、VAR模型稳定性检验、格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应和方差分解分析,实证研究绿色金融支持乡村振兴对促进共同富裕的影响。结果表明:一是绿色金融支持乡村振兴可以明显促进共同富裕;二是绿色金融支持乡村振兴对促进共同富裕的影响逐渐扩大最后趋于稳定;三是绿色金融支持乡村振兴对促进共同富裕的贡献度持续提高。最后,提出强化乡村产业振兴绿色金融服务、加强绿色金融支持乡村振兴的政策引导、优化绿色金融助力乡村振兴的配套政策等政策建议。

Using the annual data from 1985 to 2021,this paper empirically studies the impact of Green Finance Supporting Rural Revitalization on promoting common prosperity through stationarity test,VAR model stability test,Granger causality test,impulse response and variance decomposition analysis.The results show that:first,Green Finance Supporting Rural Revitalization can significantly promote common prosperity;Second,the impact of Green Finance Supporting Rural Revitalization on promoting common prosperity gradually expanded and finally stabilized;Third,the contribution of green finance to Rural Revitalization to promoting common prosperity continued to increase.Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions,such as strengthening the green financial services for the revitalization of rural industries,strengthening the policy guidance of green finance to support rural revitalization,and optimizing the supporting policies of green finance to help rural revitalization.
