The separation of inspection and audit in administrative punishment by the financial regulators is a good practice to use administrative self-control to regulate the discretion of administrative punishment.Through discusses of the necessity of that separation by financial regulators,this paper introduces the practice of separation of inspection and audit by financial regulators in detail,and proposes systematic ideas for further promotion of that separation.
