含风电场电力系统的静态电压稳定性预警系统 被引量:7

摘要 针对静态电压的势态不确定性较强且电压稳定性难捕捉的问题,设计一种含风电场电力系统的静态电压稳定性预警系统。通过SCADA监视系统获取静态电压的实时数据,利用前台扫描机制初步分类和管理原始数据,采用后台扫描机制进行二次扫描,筛选负荷过载、潮流不可行以及电压异常事故数据;将筛选后的数据传输至系统服务器后端,设立预警等级由低至高的红、黄、蓝、绿、橙5种预警颜色,将电压失稳捕捉的实时情况与预警等级对应;利用密切正相关分析法,计算电力系统中负荷电路的电压敏感性,凭借特征向量矩阵确定敏感因子。实验证明:该系统可有效实现电压失稳捕捉及预警等级判定,提升了静态电压的稳定性。 Aiming at the problem that the static voltage potential is strong and the voltage stability is difficult to capture,this paper proposes a static voltage stability early warning system for the power system containing wind farms.The real-time data of static voltage is obtained through SCADA monitoring system,the foreground scanning mechanism is used to preliminarily classify and manage the original data,and the background scanning mechanism is used for secondary scanning to screen the data of load overload,infeasible power flow and abnormal voltage accidents.The filtered data is transmitted to the back end of the system server,and the early warning level is set up in five early warning colors from low to high:red,yellow,blue,green and orange respectively.The real-time situation captured by voltage instability is corresponding to the early warning level.The voltage sensitivity of load circuit in the power system is calculated by close positive correlation analysis method,and the sensitivity factor is determined by eigenvector matrix.Experiments show that the proposed system can effectively capture voltage instability and judge the early warning level,and improve the static voltage stability.
