云南盘鮈人工驯养繁殖及仔稚鱼发育

摘要 【目的】开展云南盘鮈人工繁育技术研究,为有效保护和开发利用云南盘鮈资源提供依据。【方法】对野生云南盘鮈采用混养驯化和单养培育方法,对比筛选4种催产剂组合,统计分析批量繁殖效果,并观察产卵行为和仔稚鱼发育情况。【结果】云南盘鮈卵大、数量少、繁殖力低,绝对怀卵量(F)与体质量(W)呈线性关系,拟合关系式为F=15.336W+103.01(R^(2)=0.6267)。亲鱼培育的适宜温度为年水温7~25℃,注射催产剂(LHRH-A_(2)+HCG+DOM)可使亲鱼自然产卵受精,11批次催产云南盘鮈929组,产卵201866粒,孵化出鱼苗96049尾,人工繁殖的催产率、受精率和孵化率分别为68.47%、76.86%和53.1%;效应时间8~14 h;最适催产水温15~19℃。【结论】人工驯养条件下,云南盘鮈性腺可自然发育至成熟,人工繁殖增殖是云南盘鮈资源保护的重要措施。 【Objective】The technique for artificial propagation of Discogobio yunnanensis is researched,so as to provide support for protecting and developing the resources of D.yunnanensis effectively.【Method】By using mixed domestication or individual development,four oxytocin combinations are compared and screened,the batch reproduction performance is counted and analyzed,and the development status of oviposition behavior and juveniles are observed.【Result】D.yunnanensis has large eggs,small quantities,and low fertility.The absolute fecundity(F)and body weight(W)are linearly related,as the fitting function expression is F=15.336W+103.01(R^(2)=0.6267).The optimum water temperature to brood fish culture is 7~25℃in whole year.The injected oxytocin(LHRH-A_(2)+HCG+DOM)can make the brood fish naturally spawned and fertilized.929 D.yunnanensis groups that are divided into 11 batches are induced spawned,with the spawning number of 201866,the incubated fish fry of 96049.The induction rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate are 68.47%,76.86%and 53.1%,respectively.The effect time is 8~14 h,and the optimal induction temperature is 15~19℃.【Conclusion】Under the condition of artificial domestication,the gonad of D.yunnanensis can naturally develop to maturity.Artificially reproduction is the important measure to protect the resources of D.yunnanensis.
