摘要
为了解热带睡莲品种间的耐寒性差异,筛选出耐寒品种用作抗性育种亲本以及为区域化种植作参考,以杭州萧山地区所种植的7个热带睡莲品种为供试材料,通过观测10月底至12月初各睡莲品种叶片的冷害胁迫指数、落叶率、落花率及叶色的变化,分析其受冷害情况,并判断其耐寒性。结果表明:埃及白的花、叶冷害表现的综合指标最低,说明其耐寒性最强;蒂娜和蓝女神的落叶率和冷害胁迫指数较高,说明其耐寒性较差,而鲁比、黑美人、甘娜各指标处于中位,说明这3个品种的耐寒性居中。7种热带睡莲耐寒性等级由大到小依次为:埃及白>黑美人>甘娜>伊斯兰达、鲁比>蓝女神>蒂娜。
In order to research the differences in cold tolerance among tropical waterlily varieties and screen out coldresistant varieties as parents for resistance breeding and as a reference for regional planting,seven tropical water lily varieties grown in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City were used as testing materials.From the end of October to the beginning of December,the chilling stress index,leaf drop rate,flower drop rate and leaf color change of the leaves of each waterlily cultivar were analyzed,and the chilling damage was analyzed to judge their cold tolerance.The results showed that N.Lotus had the highest cold tolerance at the observation site,and the chilling stress index and leaf falling rate were the lowest among all observed varieties,indicating that N.Lotus had strong cold tolerance.N.Tina and N.Woods Blue Goddess have poor cold tolerance,and the leaf fall rate and cold stress index were in the forefront of all varieties.N.Tina and N.Woods Blue Goddess have weak cold tolerance,while N.Ruby,N.Madame Ganna Walska and N.Murasaki Shikibu were in the middle position,and the cold resistance was in the middle.In the end,the 7 tropical waterlily varieties were ranked in the order of their cold resistance,namely N.Lotus>N.Murasaki Shikibu>N.MadameGannaWalska>N.Islamorada,N.Ruby>N.Woods Blue Goddess>N.Tina.
