鱼类社会学习对应激反应影响的研究

摘要 以鲫鱼为实验对象,采用行为观察法及生化检测的方法,通过设置实验组(有“示范者”存在,给予光照刺激)、对照组(无“示范者”存在,给予光照刺激)、空白组(无“示范者”存在,自然光条件)3个组别,探讨了在光照刺激下社会学习对鱼类应激反应的影响。结果表明:在有“示范者”存在的情况下,“学习鱼”对光反应的敏感性降低,游动频率增加,血液生化指标的波动幅度较小,说明社会学习对鱼类应激反应起到了一定的缓解作用。 Carassius auratus was taken as the object,and the methods of behavior observation and biochemical detection were used to explore the effect of social learning on fish stress responses under light stimulation by setting up experimental group(with “demonstrator” and given light stimulation),control group(without “demonstrator” and given light stimulation),and blank group(without “demonstrator” and natural light condition).The results showed that in the presence of “demonstrator”,the sensitivity of “naive(observer) individuals” to light was decreased,and swimming frequency was increased.The values of serum biochemical indexes were relatively stable,indicating that social learning played a certain role in alleviating the stress responses of fish.
