摘要 顺应小学教育改革进入核心素养新时代的大趋势,课堂教学要积极推进“五育融合”,培养主动发展的时代新人。小学全域性成长课堂关注课堂的成长性、全域性和多维性,通过实施循环递进的“预学—共学—延学”学习环,将课前、课中、课后紧密联结,构建起合作探究、主动发展、民主和谐的社会性学习生态场,为培养主动发展的人固本;通过推行学生评价、教师评价与课堂结构评价的创新性举措,为培养主动发展的人护航;通过课堂学习方式、学校整体机制和学校价值输出等多层面创新,为培养主动发展的人赋能。 As the reform of primary education has entered a new period of core literacy,it is necessary to actively promote“the Integration of Moral,Intellectual,Physical,Aesthetic and Labor Education”in order to cultivate students that cater to the needs of the times.At present,the classroom teaching of the compulsory education stage still has drawbacks such as low efficiency and poor autonomy.The construction of holistic growth classrooms in primary schools focuses on the deficiencies in the current classroom teaching,grasps the ultimate value pursuit of“cultivating students’core literacy through holistic education”,and pays attention to the growth-oriented,holistic and multi-dimensional characteristics of classrooms.We should implement the circular and progressive learning cycle of“prelearning-co-learning-extended learning”,which closely connects“pre-class”,“in-class”and“postclass”and establishes a cooperative,exploratory,autonomous,democratic and harmonious societybased ecological field of learning to consolidate the foundation of autonomous people,implement the innovative measures of student evaluation,teacher evaluation,and evaluation of classroom structure to escort the training of autonomous people,innovate classroom learning methods,overall mechanisms of schools,and value output of schools to enable the training of autonomous people.
