摘要
采用问卷法以全国35所全日制教育硕士培养院校的实践导师和毕业生为调查对象,对全日制教育硕士综合素质的重要度期望与满意度感知现状进行实证分析,同时对61位专家和管理者进行访谈。研究发现,全日制教育硕士的综合素质存在教育教学能力不足、教育教学研究能力欠缺、职业道德与情感有待升华等问题。为此针对培养院校提出以教育见习为先导,内化教师职业行为准则,端正职业理想信念;以教育实习为重点,构筑教师教育共同体,提升教育教学能力;以教育研习为依托,以学位论文为抓手,强化教育研究能力。
The questionnaire method is used to take the practical tutors and graduates of 35 fulltime master’s education colleges across the country as the survey objects to empirically analyze the importance expectation and satisfaction perception status of the comprehensive quality of the full-time master in education,and interviews 61 experts and managers.The study found that the comprehensive quality of full-time master of education has problems such as insufficient education and teaching ability,lack of education and teaching research ability,and professional ethics and emotion to be sublimated.Finally,the paper proposed to the training institutions to take education probation as the forerunner,internalize teachers’professional behavior standards,and correct professional ideals and beliefs;focus on educational practice,build a teacher education community,and improve education and teaching capabilities;rely on educational research and study,take the dissertation as the starting point,and strengthen educational research capabilities and so on as three aspects strategy.
