摘要
消费舒适度是北京国际消费中心城市建设成效的六大评价指标之一。本文以北京市居民为研究对象,通过问卷调研发现,虽然北京市商品性消费供给充足、服务性消费比重逐渐扩大、商业配套设施满意度较高、消费环境不断向好,但是中高端商品供应不足、服务质量有待提高、商业配套设施发展不平衡、消费环境有待进一步改善等问题影响着居民消费舒适度。因此,必须通过落实品牌战略、增强服务质量、完善商业配套设施、健全市场监管体制等举措,提高居民消费舒适度,助力国际消费中心城市的建设。
Consumption comfort is one of the six evaluation indicators for the construction of Beijing as an international consumption center city.This paper takes Beijing residents as the object and adopts the method of questionnaire survey to find that although Beijing has the advantages of sufficient supply of commodity consumption,increasing proportion of service consumption,high satisfaction with commercial supporting facilities,and continuous improvement of consumption environment,there are also existing deficiencies such as insufficient supply of mid-to-high-end commodities,service quality to be improved,unbalanced development of commercial supporting facilities,and consumption environment to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to improve residents’ consumption comfort and help the construction of an international consumption center city by implementing brand strategy,enhancing service quality,improving commercial supporting facilities,and improving consumption environment.
