霍夫斯泰德文化维度视角下摩洛哥营商环境分析

摘要 我国与摩洛哥建交至今逾60年,两国一直保持着良好的政治合作关系。中国提出“一带一路”倡议时,摩洛哥积极响应,两国经贸合作潜力巨大。提高文化共情能力、“民心相通”是“一带一路”倡议有效推进的重要前提;做好沿线国家现时区域营商环境分析,是有效推进“一带一路”倡议的重要环节,是投资者理性决策的参考依据。本文以现有资料及数据为基础,结合自身与摩洛哥访学及与摩洛哥人生意往来之经历,采用文献研究、专家访谈等研究方法,依据霍夫斯泰德文化维度理论,从五个维度对摩洛哥营商环境进行梳理,概括其具有较强的重视集体主义、较强的不确定性规避、偏阳刚气质、高权利距离、短期导向与长期导向兼具五个特征。 China and Morocco have been in the diplomatic relationships for more than 60 years,during which time the two countries have maintained good political cooperation.When China proposes the “Belt and Road Initiative”,Morocco has responded positively.There is huge potential for bilateral economic and trade cooperation.Enhancing cultural empathy,people interlinking are important prerequisite for the effective development of the Belt and Road Initiative.A good analysis of the current regional business environment in countries along the Belt and Road is an important link to effectively promote the Belt and Road Initiative and a reference for investors to make rational decisions.Based on current data,combined with the author’s own experience in studying and doing business in Morocco,according to Hofstede’s cultural dimension theory,this paper presents Morocco’s business environment from five dimensions by using research methods such as literature research and expert interviews,and summarizes its five characteristics:strong emphasis on collectivism,strong uncertainty avoidance,masculine temperament,high power distance,short-term orientation and longterm orientation.
