食品安全标准影响食品行业贸易的理论机制研究综述

摘要 已有文献大多关注标准对进出口贸易的影响,关于食品安全标准影响食品行业贸易理论机制研究新进展的文献梳理工作却鲜有人从事。本文通过对现有的食品安全标准影响食品行业贸易的理论机制的重要文献进行梳理和概述,总结出食品安全标准影响食品行业贸易的理论机制主要有以下四个方面:(1)标准规制的加强可通过质量中介效应促进贸易。(2)标准规制的加强可通过成本效应阻碍贸易。(3)标准可通过种类效应影响贸易。(4)标准可通过影响食品的质量和声誉影响贸易。 There are lots of literatures focusing on the impact of standards on import and export trade,but few people have done literature review on the new progress of research on the theoretical mechanism of the influence of food safety standards on the trade of food industry.By sorting out and summarizing the important existing literatures on the theoretical mechanism of food safety standards affecting food trade,this paper concludes that the theoretical mechanism of food safety standards affecting food trade mainly includes the following four aspects:(1) the strengthening of standard regulation can promote trade through quality intermediary effect;(2) The strengthening of standard regulation can hinder trade through cost effect;(3) Standards can influence trade through category effect;(4) Standards can influence trade by affecting the quality and reputation of foods.
