雄安新区承接北京市金融产业的问题及路径研究

Research on the Problems and the Path of Xiong’an New Area Undertaking Beijing’s Financial Industry

雄安新区的发展获得了国家许多政策方面的支持,发展势头很猛,并且积极承接北京非首都职能,尤其是金融职能。但这个过程发展并不简单,雄安新区面临的问题依然很多,压力更大,因此需要积极探索寻找一些方法对问题进行解决。本文通过分析认为:依据国家的政策与当前的形势,雄安新区应该明确自身定位,大力发展绿色金融及相关方面来发展自身的金融产业,面对京津冀协同发展的战略要求,雄安新区应该抓住这个机遇,合理利用京津冀的金融资源,最终以一个更高的起点承接非首都功能疏解,尤其是金融产业领域。

The development of Xiong’an New Area has obtained many supports of national policies;the momentum of development is very strong.It actively undertake Beijing’s non-capital functions,especially the financial functions,under the leadership of the country.However,the process of this development is not simple,Xiong’an New Area is still facing many problems.So,it is necessary to actively explore and find some methods to solve the problem.By analyzing,this paper summarizes that according to the national policy and the current situation,Xiong’an New Area should clarify its own positioning and vigorously develop green finance and related aspects to develop its own financial industry.In the face of the strategic requirements of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Xiong’an New Area should seize this opportunity and reasonably use the financial resources of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.In the end,it will take on the noncapital function relief from a higher starting point,especially in the financial industry.
