短视频版权问题现状及治理途径研究

Research on the Present Situation and Governance Approaches of Short-Video Copyright Issues

随着互联网的发展及移动终端的普及,基于移动端的短视频行业获得了广泛的发展空间。在短视频行业爆火的同时,各种版权纠纷现象成为近年来人们一直关注的焦点,这种现象反映出短视频版权相关的法律法规不健全、公众对版权维护的意识不清晰、自媒体平台自身体制机制不健全、广大用户自律能力不强、审核机制不完善等问题。本文在对这些问题进行深入思考后,认为应该从平台重视版权保护、政府完善相关法律法规、平台建立健全保护机制、用户提高版权保护意识等方面着手解决此类问题。

With the development of the Internet and the popularity of mobile terminals,the short-video industry based on mobile terminals has gained a wide space for development.With the explosion of short video industry,various copyright dis-putes have become the focus attention in recent years.This phenomenon refl ects problems such as imperfect laws and regulations related to short video copyright,unclear public awareness of copyright maintenance,imperfect mechanism and system of“we media”platform,weak self-discipline of users and imperfect review mechanism.After thinking deeply about these problems,the author thinks that in order to solve these problems,the platform should attach importance to copyright protection,the government should improve relevant laws,the platform should improve the protection mechanism,users should improve the awareness of copyright protection.
