基于产业演进视角的首都高职经管类人才培养专业布局优化研究

Research on the Optimization of the Layout of Economic and Management Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Capital Based on the Perspective of Industrial Evolution

首都高职经管类专业(群)作为主要面向现代服务业的专业(群),长期存在人才培养模式类型不清,专业(群)建设定位和路径不够清晰等现实问题。专业(群)布局优化是迫切需要研究的问题。通过对比近年首都产业,尤其是第三产业演进以及高职经管类专业发展的数据发现,首都高职经管类专业不论是从总量上还是从结构上,都未能更好地与实际产业行业发展相匹配,且专业结构与产业转型升级下的市场需求不吻合。本文建议从强化专业(群)建设规划的引导作用、建立专业(群)建设评价及动态监测、预警机制,创新首都高职经管类专业(群)治理模式三个方面进行改进和优化。

As a major(group) mainly facing the modern service industry,the economic management major(group) in capital higher vocational education has long had practical problems,such as unclear types of talent training mode,unclear positioning and path of major(group) construction.The optimization of specialty(group) layout is an urgent problem to be studied.By comparing the data of the capital industry,especially the evolution of the tertiary industry,and the development of higher vocational economics and management majors in recent years,it is found that the capital higher vocational economics and management majors have not been better matched with the actual industrial development in terms of total amount or structure,and the professional structure does not match the market demand under industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper proposes to improve and optimize from three aspects:strengthening the guiding role of specialty(group) construction planning,establishing specialty(group) construction evaluation and dynamic monitoring,early warning mechanism,and innovating the governance mode of economics and management specialty(group) in higher vocational colleges in the capital.
