产教融合背景下高职院校直播人才培养模式研究

Research on Higher Vocational Talent Training Mode of Live Broadcasting Based on Industry Education Integration

当前直播领域技能呈系统化发展,产业链逐步成熟,高职院校应以产教融合的形式紧跟社会新趋势培养人才。本文基于大学生直播参与情况,并结合目前高职院校培养直播人才的现状与困境,提出从产教融合的培养形式选择、课程体系的优化和实训室的建设三方面来构建人才培养模式。

As skills in the field of live broadcasting are developing systematically and the industry chain is gradually mature,higher vocational colleges should keep up with the new trend of the society by integrating industry and education.Based on the participation of college students in live broadcasting,combining with the current situation and difficulties of cultivating live broadcasting talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward to construct the talent training mode from three aspects:the selection of training form,the optimization of curriculum system and the construction of training room.
