摘要
超高清视频产业涉及环节多、领域宽、融合应用广,随着产业的蓬勃发展,相关技术专利不断涌现。为了了解超高清视频产业专利布局,本文按视频采集、制作、传输与存储、编解码、终端显示、新兴技术应用等分支进行专利检索,分别就各分支技术专利申请趋势、全球/全国专利分布和申请人排名进行专利态势分析与研究,并总结我国专利发展优劣势,提出未来超高清视频产业专利发展和专利布局建议。
The ultra-high-definition video industry involves multi-links, wide fields, and complex integration applications. With the vigorous development of the industry, technology patents continue to emerge. In order to understand the industrial patent layout, the Ultra HD video industry is divided into video capture, content production, transmission and storage, codec, terminal display, emerging technology applications, etc. After searching the patent situation of the Ultra HD video industry, we analyzed and researched global/national patent distribution and applicant rankings.In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of China’s patent development are summarized, and suggestions for patent development and patent layout in the ultra-high-definition video industry are put forward.
