摘要
针对超大空间气候实验室温湿度控制强耦合的特点,通过分析实验室湿度调节工艺原理,提出一种最小时间控制与绝对含湿量控制相结台的湿度控制方法,实现气候实验室空气温湿度解耦控制。实验室试验结果表明,该控制方法可实现实验室温湿度包线内高温高湿、高温低湿、低温高湿、低温低湿四种工况的调节,稳态时可达到温度±2℃、湿度±5%RH,控制精度满足实验室要求。
Thecontrol process of temperature and humidity for large space climatic environmental test laboratory hasthe feature of strong coupling.By analyzing the process principle of the humidification and dehumidification,a humidity control method combining minimum-time control and absolute humidity control is proposed to realize the decoupling control of air temperature and humidity.The test results show that the method can realize the adjustment of high temperature & high humidity,high temperature & low humidity,low temperature & high humidity and low temperature &low humidity for laboratory envelope,and good control effects of the temperature with in±2℃ and the relative humidity within±5% are achieved.
