摘要
民机登机门内手柄力大小会受到低温环境的影响,采用高精度数显扭力扳手和专用转接头测量实验前基线(21℃)、低温-40℃和实验后基线(21℃)三种工况下的登机门内手柄力,通过对比分析测量值发现:(1)相对于实验前基线环境,低温-40℃下内手柄力会减小幅度达20.35%;(2)低温环境浸泡后,即使温度恢复至基线,但内手柄力并未恢复,相对于实验前基线,内手柄力显著减小,幅度达71.70%;(3)低温浸泡有可能会对登机门橡胶密封件带来不可逆的变化。
The inner handle force of the entry door of the civil aircraftis affected by the low temperature environment.The inner handle force of the entry doorwas measured by the high precision digital torque wrench and the dedicated adapter,in cluding the three experimental conditions,which were the basic environment of pre-test(21℃),the low temperature environment(-40℃)and the basic environment of post-test(21℃).By comparing and analyzing the measured values,it was found that:1)compared with the pre-test,the inner handle force was decreased in the low temperature environment,and the range was up to 20.35%.2)After the civil aircraft was soaked in the low temperature environment,even if the laboratory temperature returned to the basic temperature,but the inner handle force did not recover.Compared with the pre-test,the inner handle force was significantly decreased,and the range was up to70.70%.3)The low temperature environment soak may cause irreversible changes to the rubber seal of the entry door.
