摘要
姜黄素(Curcumin)是一种提取自姜科等植物根茎的二酮类天然化合物, 具有一定的抗炎、抗氧化、抑癌、镇痛等药理活性, 在生物学领域及临床应用上具备极高的药用价值。近年来研究结果表明, 姜黄素在心肌、脑、神经、肾脏、肝脏等多器官的功能失调保护机制中发挥重要作用, 其对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤(HIRI)机制的研究是当前研究的亮点及热点, 然而其潜在机制仍需进一步总结及探索。本文将从病理生理学的角度, 系统综述姜黄素对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的潜在调控机制。
Curcumin,a natural diketone compound extracted from rhizome of zingiberaceae,due to its anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-cancer,analgesic and other pharmacological spectrum endows it extremely high medical value in biology and clinical field.Recent studies have shown curcumin plays significantly protective role in cardiac system,brain,kidney,liver dysfunction and contribute the underlying mechanism of hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury(HIRI)to a highlight orientation.However,the potential mechanism of curcumin on HIRI is still exceptional and needs more exploration.Herein,the author will systematically review the potential mechanism of curcumin on regulating HIRI from the pathophysiological perspective.
