2019—2021年咸阳市中心医院麻醉药品的使用情况分析

Analysis on application of narcotic analgesic drugs in Xianyang Central Hospital from 2019 to 2021

目的对咸阳市中心医院2019—2021年麻醉药品使用情况汇总,分析麻醉药品使用的规范性及合理性。方法对2019—2021年咸阳市中心医院麻醉药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)及药品排序比(B/A)等进行统计和分析。结果咸阳市中心医院常用麻醉药品11种,全年临床使用金额呈小幅增长趋势,DDDs排前4位的分别是枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、枸橼酸芬太尼注射液(0.1、0.5 mg)以及注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼。DDC排前3位的分别是盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10、40 mg)以及硫酸吗啡缓释片。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液(0.1、0.5 mg)、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的B/A值都大于1。结论咸阳市中心医院麻醉药品品规结构合理,能满足患者的医疗需求,药品使用较为稳定、合理。

Objective To summarize the use of narcotic drugs in Xianyang Central Hospital from 2019 to 2021,and analyze the standardization and rationality of the use of narcotic drugs.Methods A retrospective study was conducted.The data of utilization of narcotic analgesic drugs in Xianyang Central Hospital from 2019 to 2021 were collected and statistically analyzed,and consumption sums,frequency of drug use(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),and drug sequence ratio(B/A)were calculated and analyzed.Results There were 11 commonly used narcotic drugs in Xianyang Central Hospital,and the annual clinical consumption showed a slight increase trend.The top 4 drugs in DDDs were Sufentanil Citrate Injection,Fentanyl Citrate Injection(0.1,0.5 mg),and Remifentanil Hydrochloride for injection.The top 3 DDC were Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets(10,40 mg)and Morphine Sulfate Sustained-Release Tablets,respectively.The B/A values of Fentanyl Citrate Injection(0.1,0.5 mg)and Sufentanil Citrate Injection were all above 1.Conclusion Narcotic drug product regulation structure of Xianyang Central Hospital is reasonable,can meet the medical needs of patients,and drug use is relatively stable and reasonable.
