形神共调针法联合当归饮子治疗慢性荨麻疹理论浅析

Analysis on the Theory of Chronic Urticaria Treated by Acupuncture of coregulation of Body and Mind Combined with Danggui Yinzi(当归饮子)

慢性荨麻疹是指风团每天发作或间歇发作,多伴有红斑、瘙痒,持续时间大于6周,常反复发作,迁延难愈,且常伴有焦虑、抑郁等不良心理因素。马铁明教授基于络病理论,结合该病的疾病特点、现代研究进展及临床经验,认为慢性荨麻疹总属本虚标实,虚实夹杂之证,病位在肤络,与肺肝心三脏密切相关;基本病机与病变过程为肤络亏虚,气络与血络失和,瘀血阻络,复感风邪,内外合邪而发为本病;当以扶正祛邪为基本治则;在治疗上采用形神共调针法联合当归饮子方法取得较好的临床疗效,其中针刺调形以通络活血缓急,调神以安神定志,当归饮子通补络脉,疏散风邪。此法可为中医临床治疗慢性荨麻疹提供新思路。

Chronic urticaria refers to the daily or intermittent outbreaks of wind masses,usually accompanied by erythema and itching,lasting longer than 6 weeks,often recurrent,persistent and difficult to heal,and often accompanied by anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological factors.Based on the theory of collateral disease,combined with the disease characteristics,modern research progress and clinical experience,Professor MA Tieming believes that chronic urticaria is always a syndrome of deficiency and excess,mixed with deficiency and excess.The disease is located in the skin and collaterals and is closely related to the lungs and liver.The basic pathogenesis and pathological process are deficiency of skin and collaterals,disharmony of Qi and blood collaterals,blood stasis obstructing collaterals,resensing of wind pathogens,and internal and external combination of pathogens to develop the disease;when strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens as the basic treatment;In the treatment,we should adopt the method of co-regulation of body and mind,tonifying and regulating collaterals,and evacuation of wind pathogens;adopting the method of co-regulating body and mind and Danggui Yinzi(当归饮子)to treat the disease to achieve better clinical effects.This method can provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria in traditional Chinese medicine.
