不同相对分子质量的PIB原料对无灰分散剂性能的影响

Effect of PIB Raw Materials With Different Molecular Weights on the Performance of Ashless Dispersant

为探究不同相对分子质量PIB原料对无灰分散剂性能的影响,以多种不同相对分子质量的聚异丁烯以及胺、烯酐、稀释剂为原料,选择不同反应条件,制备无灰分散剂,并对合成得到的无灰分散剂进行了性能分析和检测。结果表明:由高相对分子质量的PIB原料制备的无灰分散剂的分散性能与抗氧化性能均优于由低相对分子质量PIB原料制备的无灰分散剂。

In order to explore the influence of different molecular weight PIB raw materials on the performance of ashless dispersant, the ashless dispersant was prepared from polyisobutylene with a variety of different molecular weight, amines, alkenyl anhydrides and diluents under different reaction conditions, and the performance of the synthesized ashless dispersant was analyzed and tested. The results showed that the dispersibility and oxidation resistance performance of ashless dispersant prepared from high molecular weight PIB were better than those prepared from low molecular weight PIB.
