介绍了FC-80催化剂在某炼厂加氢裂化装置的工业应用结果,包括催化剂的装填、标定期间的产品收率与主要性质。结果表明:标定期间航煤收率为37.05%,较上一周期高7.19%;加氢裂化尾油收率为42.30%,较上一周期高11.55%;柴油较上一周期明显降低,满足企业压减柴油、增产航煤、多产加氢裂化尾油的设计目标,为企业的转型发展提供了有力支撑。

The industrial application results of FC-80 catalyst in a hydrocracking unit of a refinery were introduced,including catalyst loading, product yield and main properties during calibration. The results showed that during the calibration period, the yield of jet fuel was 37.05%, which was 7.19% higher than that of the previous cycle;the yield of hydrocracking tail oil was 42.30%, which was 11.55% higher than that of the previous cycle;The design goals of reducing oil production, increasing jet fuel production, and producing more hydrocracking tail oil were realized, which could provide strong support for the transformation and development of the enterprise.
