摘要 基于WEB+技术工业排污在线实时监测系统的开发,对现代化工业管理的有效实施有着非常重要的意义。从环保监督角度出发,针对工业废气废水,提出基于WEB+的环保远程监控系统,不仅能够兼容现有监控系统,同时还会从中进行部分信息采集,与一些申报信息结合后,形成相应报表后向企业管理以及环保部门进行上报,从而对排污企业进行信息化管理,并且也会实现环保部门的远程监控。本系统具备实时数据库导入功能,一方面可以有助于排污企业底端硬件监控,随后通过WEB+网上传输实现在线申报,另一方面还具备环保局端在线审核功能,能够进一步加大对于排污企业的监管力度,有效减少企业管理成本支出,促进企业与环保部门的现代化管理。 The development of an online real-time monitoring system for industrial sewage based on WEB+technology is of great significance for the effective implementation of modern industrial management. From the point of view of environmental protection supervision, a WEB + based environmental protection remote monitoring system for industrial waste gas and wastewater was presented, which can not only carry out the existing monitoring system,but also collect some information from it, after forming the corresponding report, report to the enterprise management and the environmental protection department, thus carry on the information management to the pollution discharge enterprise, and also can realize the remote monitoring of the environmental protection department. The system has the function of real-time database import, on the one hand, it can help to monitor the bottom hardware of sewage enterprises, and then realize on-line declaration through WEB + internet transmission, on the other hand, it also has the function of on-line examination of the environmental protection bureau, it can further strengthen the supervision of enterprises, effectively reduce the cost of enterprise management, and promote the modern management of enterprises and environmental protection departments.
