摘要
降冰片烯结构作为一类独特的母核存在于众多的有机分子、药物分子和材料分子中。近年来,钯/降冰片烯协同催化已成为从易得的原料中构建多官能化芳烃的一种独特方法。阐述了通过环加成和超碱锂化制备降冰片烯及其衍生物的方法,对降冰片烯及其衍生物在过渡金属催化下的远程C—H活化以实现不同种类芳烃官能团化的应用做出了介绍,降冰片烯作为瞬时媒介最终实现了芳烃和烯烃化合物邻位、间位和对位的C—H官能团化。同时阐述了C—H活化过程中从零价钯到二价钯催化剂的发展历程,并对有无导向基团参与的协同C—H键活化反应做出了讨论。
As a unique parent nucleus, norbornene structure exists in many organic molecules, drug molecules and material molecules. Recently, the palladium and norbornene catalysis has emerged as a distinct way to access functionalized arenes. In this paper, the preparation of norbornene and its derivatives by cycloaddition and transition metal catalyzed superbase lithiation was introduced, and their application in ortho, meta and para C-H functionalization of aromatics and olefin compounds were discussed.Meanwhile, the development process from zero-valent palladium to divalent palladium catalyst was described, and the cooperative C-H bond activation reaction with or without oriented groups was discussed.
