NCS型离子膜电解槽改型为高电流密度膜极距的总结

Remodeling of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers NCS to high current density zero-gap electrolyzers

摘要 旭化成NCS电解槽整体产值效率低,因此将其改型为高电流密度膜极距电解槽。介绍了单元槽以及配套系统的改造内容,给出改造前后经济指标的对比。改造后,烧碱产能提高了4.5万t/a,氯气纯度由97.8%提高到99%,整流效率提高1.3%。 Asahi NCS electrolyzers have low overall output efficiency,so they are remodelde into high current density zero-gapelectrolyzers.The remodelingcontents of element cell and supportingsystem are introduced.The economic indicators before and after the remodeling are compared The remodeling increases the capacity of caustic soda by 45000 Va increases the purity of chlorinegas from97.8%to 99%,and the rectification efficiency was increased by 1.3%.
